  • Standard terms: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery, unless otherwise stated.
  • Invoices are due within 7-14 days of issuance. Late payments may result in service delays or penalties.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery and project success, clients must:

  • Provide all required materials (content, assets, credentials) in a timely manner.
  • Approve work and provide feedback within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Maintain ownership and responsibility for their domain, hosting, and third-party services unless otherwise agreed.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights for deliverables (e.g., websites, code, content, graphics) remain with Syncore Tech until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, rights transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We retain the right to showcase projects in our portfolio unless explicitly prohibited by the client.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • We strive for high-quality work but do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., #1 Google rankings, exact ad ROAS).
  • All services are provided "as is" without warranties, expressed or implied, unless specified in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Syncore Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service that caused the dispute.

10. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

  • We may use or integrate third-party services such as hosting providers, APIs, plugins, CRM tools, etc.
  • We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or limitations caused by third-party tools.

11. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
  • Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.
  • Work completed up to the termination point will be billed accordingly.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Insert State of Registration, e.g., Wyoming or Delaware].
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the aforementioned jurisdiction.

By engaging with Syncore Tech, the client grants us permission to display and reference their project, branding assets (including logos), designs, performance metrics, and results as part of our portfolio, case studies, website content, proposals, and marketing materials. This includes showcasing the client's name, visuals, and high-level data in a manner that respects confidentiality and does not disclose sensitive internal business information.

If you wish to opt out of case study usage or limit what can be shared, a written request must be submitted prior to project completion.
